I have used CPAUnderGround's accounting services for a while now, and while they get the job done, I feel that there is room for improvement. The team is fairly responsive and professional, but there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get things sorted. The rates are reasonable, but I expected a bit more given their reputation. Overall, I would say that CPAUnderGround is an average option for accounting assistance.
