I had a mixed experience with Pet Stuff Warehouse. While the website was easy to use and had a decent selection of products, the customer service was lacking. I had some questions about my order and it took a while to get a response. However, once I did get a response, the issue was resolved quickly. The prices were affordable and my order arrived on time. Overall, it was an average experience, but I would have appreciated better communication from the customer service team.
