I had a mixed experience with INSTRUMENT SERVICES. The technician who helped me was great and fixed the problem with my instrument. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response from them and they were not very helpful in answering my questions. Overall, I'm happy with the repair but disappointed with the customer service.
