Spoke to Dell customer support and they referred me to Impact Computers. A young man named Ralph helped me with the purchase of my replacement hard drive. Ralph was knowledgeable and quickly had me on my way. He wasn't trying to rush me off the phone like every other 1800 number. I do not usually write reviews, but this is an experience I will never forget!
