Rudest owner of a company I ve ever dealt with. I have called and sent two letter for an explanation on an account. I finally sent a certified letter requesting an explanation of charges and why prior payments had not been credited to the account. He told me he was sick of being taken advantage of by the clients and having to bill their insurance companies. He ended up hanging up on me and saying I couldn t be a customer with his business. If I could rate him a zero, I would
