Fiola is by far a stand out in the DC dining scene. Fabio and maria Trabocchi are all about quality and experience. There is not a product used in this restaurant that has not passed the test of being just the very best. The food is prepared exceptionally well and their chefs are meticulous about everything they do. They not only deserved their one Michelin star and should have gotten two! A feather in their cap is their over the top pastry chef, Chef Brandon Malzahn has made the dessert course the most highly anticipated event in Washington DC. I will always be a fan.
