I worked for Boyd for over a year. The pay was decent. I almost never had a problem getting home. For those drivers they talk about their fleet managers not working for them or helping them, they might not have been holding up their own end of things. I had an issue with one fleet manager and I talked to his boss and it was resolved by the next week.

I worked as a company driver and through their lease purchase program. I had an overall positive experience with both. I enjoyed my time with Boyd. I only left due to my family not being satisfied with only seeing me on the weekends. I would work there again if my situation was different.
