I recently had some issues with the spa I purchased from Blackthorne Pools Spas. The staff was helpful, and they tried their best to resolve the problems. However, it took longer than expected to fix the issues, which was quite frustrating. I appreciate their efforts in the end, but it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Hopefully, they will improve their service in the future.
