Unprofessional customer care. Called them 5 times ...

Unprofessional customer care. Called them 5 times after online submission of my account and still they dont know what require to activate. As a customer I have to trust their knowledge and efficiency. They are very inefficient and cant even guide or update you what is missing. I dont believe it takes a customer to contact them 5 times to activate his/her account or to discover what is missing. Excuse was COVID-19 as usal but never said we dont know or dedication to look at Customer file efficiently and suggest what is missing in a call or two.
