I recently used IVACANZA for my vacation and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was hassle-free. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some questions during the booking process and it took a while to get a response. Overall, it was a decent experience but I expected better.
