Pacific Ring was one of the first places I started my martial arts journey at when I just graduated from high school. After moving away for 10 years then coming back, I can say that it's only gotten better. One of the largest spaces in Oakland for martial arts, Pacific Ring offers beginner and competitive boxing, Muay Thai, bjj, wrestling, and MMA. Combine that with a decent area for lifting, a partial cage, a full size ring, and top caliber coaching, Pacific Ring is a great gym for all levels.
