If I could offer a zero star I would. This company REFUSES to help the providers office. You have to obtain every single procedure, one at a time, using there automated system. Fine! However the automated system DOES NOT OFFER any details. For example with code 0140: does it share a frequency with the other exams on the plan and can you have same day treatment. So.......... I ask for a representitive to help me with this question only to be given a 5 minutes lecture on why policy wont allow her to help me. She could have provided the answer in the time it took her to tell my she "couldn't" answer me. When I asked for a manager she proceded to tell me that managers "don't deal with any benefit questions or concerns"!!! Are you flippin kidding! Who runs a business like this. I would encourage any employee to complain to there HR department. This is not how you treat people who pay your damn salaries
