The experience with this company was average. While their website is easy to navigate and provides useful information about their services, the overall performance fell short of my expectations. The communication from their team was inconsistent and often delayed, causing frustration at times. Additionally, the quality of their medcode services was not exceptional. There were several errors in the coding and it took longer than anticipated to have them rectified. Although they were responsive to addressing the issues, the initial mistakes should not have occurred in the first place. Moreover, the pricing was on the higher side compared to other similar service providers in the market. While they did deliver the final product, it was not outstanding enough to justify the cost. In conclusion, my experience with this company was average and I would consider exploring other options in the future.
