I had a mixed experience with Coverity. They have some great features, but their customer service could be improved. The platform itself is quite user-friendly and provides good insights into code quality. However, whenever I had a problem, it took a long time to get a response from their support team. It would be great if they could be more responsive and provide quicker resolutions. Overall, I would rate them as average.
