Rick Kumer of Remax had scheduled a viewing of our home today at 3pm. We spent all morning getting are home ready just for them to not show up. No call, no text. As a matter of fact, we had to call him. After speaking with him, he fully admitted that he knew this morning that they weren t coming. This is unacceptable. This is inconsiderate and unprofessional.
