I have been a customer of Sem inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are just average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer service is alright, although sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response. Overall, I would give them a 3-star rating. It's not bad, but it's not great either.
