Elite Crete Systems Inc. is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with for my concrete project. The team was unprofessional, incompetent, and the quality of work was horrendous. I would strongly advise against using Elite Crete Systems Inc. for any concrete work. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable company.
