I have had mixed experiences with Summerhill Rentals LLC. While some aspects have been positive, others have been frustrating. The initial renting process was smooth, but the communication could be better. There have been instances where maintenance requests were delayed, and it's frustrating to deal with. However, they do have decent properties at fair prices. Overall, an okay experience.
