I recently purchased a new door from this company. 😊 The selection process was quite extensive, and they had a wide range of options to choose from. However, the customer service was just okay, and I felt like I had to chase them for updates on my order. 😕 The installation team did a decent job, but there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed after the fact. Overall, it's an okay experience, but I wish the communication and follow-up were better. The product quality is good, but the overall service could use improvement.
