I was trying to order a managers bench coat for my father and was struggling to get the type of item he required. I ended up placing an order for a coat that turned out to be unsuitable, and Lee called me to discuss returning the item. We got into conversation about what my father was looking for and he recommended a brand of coat that he was able to order in from Italy. To say my father was thrilled with it is an understatement, and if it hadn't been for Lee's excellent care and customer service I still don't think we would have found him anything as good. Since then I have placed several orders for different items as the price point is very competitive, and the garments are of far higher quality than you can get on the high street. Lee is a credit and great asset to this business, and I look forward to working with him in the future.
