This facility is top-of-the-line, staffed by people who are able (and, most importantly, willing) to help you with whatever's ailing you. You will never have to wait long for an appointment, diagnostic or surgical procedure. But please be aware that this is a teaching hospital! This means that most of the people you will interact with are in the process of attaining their license or degree, so they still have their training wheels attached. If they can't do what you need done, request an appointment with their supervising physician or section head; never assume you've reached the end of the line, or that you are out of options. Remember: no matter what, in the end, you're still dealing with an entrenched bureaucracy whose default state is inertia.
