I recently used the services of United Insulated Structures for a commercial insulation project. 🏢 While the work was completed on time, I found the communication to be lacking. The initial consultation was informative, but I struggled to get updates on the progress of the project. Additionally, the final result was satisfactory but not exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and provided some helpful information, but I wish there was more transparency about the timeline and specific materials used. Overall, the project was completed, and the insulation seems to be doing its job, but there is room for improvement in terms of client communication and attention to detail. 🏗️
