Had heard a lot about this resort. However, after reaching we found it to be over hyped. Rooms could do with some refurbishment. Staff during breakfast was untrained or maybe simply curt. Resort is child friendly but water park rides are good only for small children. There are so many rooms that it feels you are a part of some factory....personalized attention is missing. Had requested for a late check-out (around 3 pm) but were simply denied. There is nothing at a walking distance (except for a family mart) so one must take a cab for everything. Silver lining was the service at their Italian restaurant and the view from the rooms on higher floors.
