I have been a customer of Palmer Holding CO for several years now and I must say their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. I appreciate their prompt response to customer inquiries and their willingness to address any concerns. However, I have noticed some inconsistencies in their delivery times, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to do business with.
