This was our first visit to the rep to see the wizard of Oz, the performance was fantastic, the actors were superb playing their roles perfectly. As it was our first time I didn't have a clue where we were going, we wondered up and down for a while trying to find our door, I couldn't find a member of staff so ended up asking the young man in the cloakroom, he pointed us in the direction of the lift, unfortunately the building was packed and I couldn't find it and again struggled to find a member of staff. Eventually we made it up in the lift, the section for wheelchairs is great if you have a "normal" wheelchair, unfortunately my friend doesn't. We couldn't take our seats until most people had taken theirs, my friend had to sit with his wheelchair at an angle as he couldn't fit in the space for wheelchairs. This meant we had blocked off the walkway and had to keep moving out the way every time anyone needed to use the facilities. We felt very exposed and we just seemed to be in everyone's way. It made the whole experience disappointing.
