I have been using Atelier Perceval knives for quite some time now and I can confidently say that they are the best knives I've ever owned. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the blades are incredibly sharp. They stay sharp for a long time and the handles are comfortable to hold. I highly recommend Atelier Perceval for anyone serious about cooking.
