I had a mixed experience with a travel company. While the website was informative and easy to use, the customer support team was not helpful. They were slow in responding to my queries and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. However, the trip itself was good and met my expectations. I would suggest improving the customer support service for a better overall experience.
