Beatrix and the Whipple Group have been absolutely amazing. My wife and I currently reside in Seattle, WA and we were looking for a home in Long Beach. We approached Beatrix, letting her know of our situation and how we would love to find a home in the area. Right off the bat Beatrix established an open line of communication, kept us informed of the latest listings, and not only went to showings for us-but took video tours showing us every nook and cranny (all while we were in Seattle). In addition, Beatrix made the purchase extremely smooth. She was there for us every step of the way, explaining every document in detail making sure we understood everything before proceeding. Through this entire process, we could see that Beatrix goes above and beyond expectations and was ready for anything thrown her way. With that said, we absolutely, 100% recommend Beatrix and the Whipple Group to anyone in the market for a home and wishes for a smooth and painless buying process!
