I recently purchased a few items from an online store and I have mixed feelings about it. The website was user-friendly and the ordering process was smooth. However, the quality of the products was not up to my expectations. Some of the items were missing or damaged upon arrival. It took quite a while to get a response from the customer support team. Overall, my experience with Inkase was average. They have room for improvement.
