I recently availed the services of a company that shall remain unnamed. The experience was terrible. The website was difficult to navigate, and the customer service was non-existent. I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to get the help I needed, but my efforts were in vain. I will never use their services again and would advise others to stay away as well.
