I've had a few experiences with Arx alliance and I must say, they have been average at best. The customer service was a bit lacking. There were delays in their response times and it felt like they didn't prioritize me as a customer. However, once we finally got things sorted out, the product itself was decent. It could have been a smoother process overall, but I guess I can't complain too much.
