I have a Sprinter van for my business and would take it to Akron , which was always a bad service experience! This dealership was completely different in a good way. They actually had the paperwork for my warranty info, so no playing dumb, and they even washed my van (it s basically a bus)...Akron Mercedes would tell me it is too big to wash!
