Horrible customer service, called the office to speak about a ticket and the customer service I received from Milton put him at a level of a person that really need to go back to school and get some training on customer service. If I can describe this department in one word it will be GHETTO. Thank God I don t live in Allentown PA. One star just because it won t let me leave it blank.
