You know, I don't know about the other locations b...

You know, I don't know about the other locations but it's definitely "hit or miss" with the Dearborn Market. The Associates that answer the phone have ZERO personality and would not work for me, if I had the store. Placed a rather expensive floral/gift card order for my Mom. She is 90. When I called at 4:30pm to check to see when the order would be delivered, I was told QUITE curtly that deliveries were made up to 7:00pm.

I appreciate store personnel may be maxed out. But, those folks should stay home. It would be better to have less, but happy, staff working.

I have other establishments that will appreciate my hard-earned cash in the future.
