They are always in favor of the mother. I gained custody of my children and my ex was almost a year behind in child support and they never went after her and I never received my ex's tax returns.my ex was behind over $5000 and all the sudden friend of the court deleted the balance. Magic how that happens. If I am behind one payment they go after me like I'm a major criminal.
