I recently had the opportunity to plan a vacation using T T S Travel, and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to use and navigate, but the overall customer service was lacking. I felt like just another customer in a sea of many. While the vacation itself was enjoyable, I believe T T S Travel could improve on their personalized service.
