Had a very easy buy from the dealership. I went in with an approval of my own from USAA and had no problems with the purchase. Mike Menner was my sales rep and he was great. The downside was when I purchased my car there was a separation from the trim on the driver side. They said they would repair the problem but all they did was pour adhesive in between the trim and the door molding. Being from Phoenix and the heat the adhesive separated and now looking for a price quote of over $1000 to repair. The glue tore apart the door molding and they need to buy new door molding and trim that needs repair. I am just so upset with how they did not properly fix the problem and now will cost me money to get fixed right.
