As a CUSTOMER, I have had some mixed experiences with Chadwick Library. While there are definitely some areas for improvement, overall my experience has been average. The library's website is easy to navigate and the staff is generally helpful. However, I have found that the selection of books could be more diverse and up-to-date. It would also be great to see more resources available for research purposes. Nonetheless, Chadwick Library provides a decent service and I would recommend it to others.
