Delair has grown too big for their britches. A service call now takes 4 days (summer 2019). Their techs are not as good as they used to be. I used them for 10 years for my rental homes. I received very bad service recently when the tech did not feel like looking at the evaporator in the attic. He hoses down the condenser, collected the $79 and called it a day. Another company returned days later and properly fixed the problem. I found other companies who charge only $60 vs $79 for Delair.

I did call them and left my phone number after reading the response below. I never received a call back. It s just for show I presume.
