I had a mixed experience with Shanghai Shallow Moon Printing & Packing Co., Ltd. While their customer service was reasonably good, their print quality left much to be desired. The colors were a bit off, and there was some inconsistency in the printing. On the positive side, their packaging was sturdy and well-designed. Overall, an average experience.
