I had a mixed experience with New Bright Electricals. On one hand, their customer service was prompt and efficient. They were quick to respond to my queries and provide support. However, I wasn't too impressed with the quality of their products. I found them to be of average quality and didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
