I recently booked a vacation with Nordic travel evt and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, I would rate my experience with Nordic travel evt as average.
