I went to this gym from November 2019 until Covid-19. I drove from my home in Grafton to come here. I did my research before picking out this gym. It is a 18 minute drive for me, and I have lots of other options. I enjoyed the large facility, vast amount of equipment, sauna and the wonderful staff that some of you are writing horrible things about.

I too am a small business owner in town. Fitness facilities are doing their best to deal with influx of requests to cancel memberships. While this may be a small fee to many of you, this is adding up for some of us and will cost us our businesses, jobs and homes.

So what if it took you a little extra time to cancel your membership, or if you had to take a couple extra steps. I recall being on hold for 1- 2 hours during the start of the pandemic, and getting told no, no, no on a financial break for my mortgage, car payments, etc... At least you CAN cancel here whereas we can't seem to catch a break.

You probably spent more time writing your horrible google review than it took to cancel your membership.

This gym is a very nice facility, and reviews like yours could close it down permanently. Then what? Where are you going to work out? Your basement? Yeah right. As if you are going to be motivated to do that.

Take a second and pause next time and show a little compassionate and consideration for the businesses that are effected so much especially when you were not effected other than to have to stay home and stay safe. Stay classy Westborough... stay classy.
