Went to Fort Washington Mercedes-Benz for the first time to get my first Mercedes. After doing business with them I have been very impressed by the customer service and would definitely come back in the future if I am in the market for another car. Working with Matt Melsheimer as my sales rep was great and he got me a nice deal on my car and also went out of his way to ensure that I got the winter tires my car would require! I've had experiences where once I've bought the car, the sales rep doesn't want anything to do with me, but with Matt this is not the case at all. He is excellent in seeing everything through and helping me take care of anything I need for my car.

Everyone in the service department has been very helpful as well. With any problem or concern I have had with my car, the service reps take their time to cover all issues thoroughly, never making you feel rushed or unimportant.

All around 5/5 rating for this dealership, will definitely give them my business in the future!
