I had the opportunity to try out a Pilates class recently and it was a fantastic experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and provided clear instructions throughout the class. The studio was clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere. The workout was challenging but enjoyable, and I definitely felt the burn! I would highly recommend The Pilates Rx to anyone looking for a great workout.
