I do not know the hotel because I do not see the n...

I do not know the hotel because I do not see the need to spend 800 PLN per night, but the possibility of drinking coffee (even an espresso for PLN 13) on the roof of the building, with a view of absolutely all of Wroclaw, is a great thing :)
