I have been a customer of Trove for a few months now and I must say their service is average. The products they offer are of decent quality but nothing extraordinary. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. However, I have had some issues with their customer support. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, their response was not very helpful. Overall, I would say Trove is an okay company to shop from, but there are definitely better options out there.
