One star is being generous. Just not what you expect from BMW. Length of service was too long (to change a tire). Took almost four hours!

The snacks were poor and the coffee machine is too complicated for new users. Seats are uncomfortable.

We drove to California and the ride was rough and I was stiff after riding for a couple of hours. X3 is not a comfortable vehicle!

I am just waiting to trade in my car. But BMWs depreciate at a drastic rate. May have to pay off before I can get rid of it!!
