I've been using General Recipe for a while now and overall, I'm satisfied with their service. The website is easy to navigate and the recipes are well-written. However, there have been a few instances where the recipes didn't turn out as expected. The customer support team was helpful in resolving my issues, but it would be great if they could improve the recipe testing process to ensure consistent results.
