I had a mixed experience with Fit4Bike. While their customer service was excellent throughout my purchase, I wasn't completely satisfied with the bike I received. It had a few minor issues that required fixing. However, Fit4Bike promptly resolved the issue and provided me with great assistance. Despite the initial hiccup, I would still recommend Fit4Bike for their customer service and overall product quality.
